You may have seen on our social media that James recently took part in the fantastic 'Cider at six' series on Instagram Live hosted by John and Diz Chantarasak. This fantastic duo are masters of flavour, inspired by John's Thai heritage. During the talk James led the audience through a selection of our own range, and discussed potential pairing possibilities. The talk was a fantastic success and a great way to connect from lockdown.
